Swimming Pools
Charles Rickard has arguably the broadest experience in swimming pool design in Australia. He has maintained a professional relationship with Crystal Pools since 1984, working on the design of concrete swimming pools. In the field of fibreglass pool design, he is widely regarded as having no peer.
Charles has also acted for Compass Pools Australia since 1984. In 1987, he served as Technical Secretary to Standards Australia for the major revision of the Fibreglass Pool Codes AS1838 and AS1839. In 1993, he received an Australian Design Award for the first free-standing fibreglass pool, the Compass Maxi.
